01 - Small piece of wood used for bottom brace.

02 - Fitting it to the case.

|

03 - Drilling holes for the tubes.
|
|

4 - Holes drilled.
|
|

05 - Tubes glued in place.
|
|

06 - Tubes seated in plate.
|

07 - Tubes installed. Thin wall tubes are used that can easily burst if needed.

|

08 - Pilot holes drilled in side of case by lid hinge.
|
|

09 - Holes opened to 5/16".
|
|

10 - Jacks used for power to box.
|
|

11 - Jacks installed in case.
|
|

12 - Jacks installed.
|
|

13 - Jacks tightened from the inside.
|
|

14 - Wires soldered to jacks.
|
|

15 - Harness made with motor wire.
|
|

16 - Wire ends tinned.
|
|

17 - Connector for charging installed.
|
|

18 - Cable made to run from charger to box.
|
|

19 - 1/4" foam pads added to bottom of tubes for battery cushion.

|

20 - Unit installed in box.
|
|

21 - Unit seated flush with bottom and tubes come up even to the edge of the box.

22 - Sand is poured in.
|
|

23 - Unit filled with sand.
|

24 - View of cut outs in tube for wire run.

25 - Lipos installed in tubes. Shown are the large Kokam 3200 Packs.
